In light of the approaching deadline for Science Fair, I have decided to extend the History Fair due date. I would like us to refocus and begin by writing an effective outline. We are going to take a step back and move forward from the outline. I think this will assist many of you with writing your note cards, because the outline will help you organize your note cards. Your note cards should correspond with areas on your outline.
Today in class we will review the outline and discuss what the focus should be for your research. Once you have your outline in the correct format, this will help guide your note cards. If you did your note cards incorrectly or incompletely it is okay, as you will not be penalized. The outline will be posted on the blog, as well as tips for the exhibit board.
Due Dates have been changed. Please completely disregard the previous schedule.
History Fair Due Dates:
Monday, December 15Th - History Fair Outline - 20 pts.(You will need 2 copies of your outline)
Tuesday, January 6Th - Title card, note cards #1 - 25, and 4 source cards - 30 pts.
Tuesday, January 20Th - Title card, note cards #26- 50, and 7 source cards - 30 pts.
Tuesday, February 3rd - Project due - 100 pts. (each day late, drops 15 points) Projects can be turned in early.
